Morning ACV detox elixir
Makes 1 serving
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Lemon - 1 or 2 wedges
- Ginger - 1 Tsp (grated)
- Cayenne pepper - a dash
- Raw honey - 1 Tsp
- Add all ingredients to a regular sized glass full of water.
- Stir well!
The more you get used to the taste of ACV, the more of it you can add to this drink. If it's too strong for you at first, lessen the amount of ACV you add.
Add more or less honey depending on how sweet you like it.
Add more cayenne if you really like a kick!
